The owner was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome throughout our stay, genuinely enhancing our experience.

Unexpected puddles but delightful staff

The spacious room was complemented by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to help organize our beach trip. Plus, the free coffee was a heartwarming start to every morning.

However, navigating to the hotel became a challenge due to large puddles after rain, and the limited hot water was quite inconvenient after a long day under the sun.

Strong humidity smell in the room. WiFi didn't reach our bedroom, leaving us uncommunicated. The shower offered cold water after just a minute, which was disappointing. Leaking air conditioner further complicated the comfort during our stay. Getting to the hotel could be tricky when it rains due to flooding on the streets.

Couples looking for calm retreat

From the moment we stepped in, I was relaxed. Staff were super friendly and helped us organize a boat trip which was the highlight of our visit.

It was a good match for a brief pit stop in Isla Holbox with exceptional value. The staff were really friendly and helped us organize a last-minute boat tour, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay. Bring some flip-flops for the puddles after it rains.
